Shipping Policy

Dispatch speed: Orders ship within 24–48 working hours.

Delivery timelines (India): Typically 5–8 working days depending on your pincode and conditions (public holidays, extreme weather, etc.). Certain remote locations (e.g., parts of J&K and North-East India) may take up to 10 working days. In rare cases and for specific products, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Couriers: We ship via leading partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and Ecom Express based on your pincode.

Tracking: Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. If you haven’t received them within 48 hours of ordering, email support@wearbyus.com with your Order ID.

Delivered but not received?
First check with family members, neighbours, building security, or your office mailroom. In genuine cases, we’ll investigate with the courier and resolve within ~10 working days. Please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification—after that window, it becomes difficult for us to take action.

COD orders: We may contact you to confirm COD orders. Unconfirmed COD orders or non-serviceable COD pincodes may be cancelled.
